Andy brings nearly 20 years of expertise in partnership strategy development, management, valuation analysis and sales. He has extensive agency experience working to generate both maximum revenue for rights holders, including major professional sports organizations, events, academic institutions, municipalities, and nonprofits, as well as maximizing brand value for numerous Fortune 500 corporations.
Prior to collaborating with JSB Partners, Andy held positions in the sales department at CBS Television Network, the Valuation and Consulting groups at IEG, and as the Director of the Valuation & Strategy team at The Superlative Group. In addition, he spent several years building and managing creative activation platforms and sponsorship portfolios for major brands at Paragon Marketing Group.
During his time at IEG and The Superlative Group, Andy has become an industry expert in sponsorship valuation, strategy, packaging, and revenue modeling; conducting analysis for hundreds of organizations and brands across every industry, resulting in billions of dollars in partnership revenue throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
While at Paragon, Andy led teams that managed major client partnerships with numerous organizations in the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS and the PGA Tour; building relationships and campaigns from conception to delivery, including program development, content creation, contract negotiation, on-site event management, and result analytics.
Andy’s valuation and consulting clients have included properties such as the California State University System, Chicago Cubs Foundation, City of Chicago, Cook County, EDUCAUSE, Events DC, Food Bank for New York City, Houston First, Miami Heat, San Francisco 49ers, Transbay Transit Authority, Trinity College Dublin, United States Air Force, Army and Marine Corps, the University of North Carolina - Charlotte, and the Wolf Trap Center for the Performing Arts. Corporate Sponsor clients have included Bayer, Caesar’s, Direct Energy, Ford Motor Company, Honda Motors, and United Airlines.
Andy graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, and earned his M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
He currently lives in Evanston, IL with his wife and three precocious toddlers.
